Installation & Compatibility
Can I install the mosquito net myself?
Yes, all our models are designed for quick and easy installation, without the need for complex tools. Instructions are included with each order. Allow an average of 30 minutes for installation.
Are your mosquito nets compatible with tilt and turn windows?
Yes, our mosquito nets are ideal for this type of opening. Simply measure the available space carefully to ensure a proper fit.
And what about bay windows?
Our sliding side screens are specially designed for bay windows and French doors.
Can the window or Velux be opened with the mosquito net in place?
Yes, all our models are designed to allow you to ventilate without hindrance. The Velux opens normally since the mosquito net is applied on the inside, in front of the window.

How do I take my measurements correctly?
We provide you with a simple measuring guide for each type of opening (window, bay window, Velux). Simply follow the step-by-step instructions.
Do you have all the dimensions?
Yes, each product is designed according to different dimensions. We have a wide selection of sizes.
Order, Delivery and Deadlines
What are the delivery times?
- Windows: 3 to 5 working days
- Bay windows: 5 to 7 working days
- Velux: 4 to 6 working days
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once you receive this email, you can track your order using your order number via the "Track my order" tab.
Do you deliver abroad?
We ship to the US & UK. For other countries, please contact us via the contact form.

Is payment secure?

Can I return a mosquito net?
Yes, you can return a mosquito net, provided it has not been used, assembled, or customized, and is returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
👉 To do this, you have 14 days after receipt to notify us of your wish to return it.
